As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide L1/L2 support across deal capture, trade booking, lifecycle management, and portfolio credit analytics. The work combines application stability, functional troubleshooting, operational controls, and IT service management. You will collaborate with business, technology, engineering, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for Front Office technology platforms
Triage incidents, assess impact, and prioritize service restoration
Troubleshoot trade booking and lifecycle workflow issues
Investigate analytics breaks,



data refreshes, and feed failures
Manage incidents, changes, documentation, and stakeholder communications
Requirements: Experience in application, production, or technology operations support
Understanding of financial markets or Front Office technology
Working knowledge of trade booking and lifecycle workflows
Experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM platform
SQL, Linux, application logs, and batch processing knowledge
Apply application support, financial markets knowledge, SQL, and Linux troubleshooting to maintain dependable Front Office services.
