Support ERP migration and property data validation as a Data Analyst at Gestion Zagora. Reconcile records carefully and investigate mismatches.
Reporting to the Head of Data Strategy & Innovation, you will help ensure migrated datasets match reality across more than 8,000 residential units. The work spans rent rolls, unit counts, lease terms, collections, vacancy, and recurring KPI reporting. You will also investigate variances with operating teams, document findings, and support answers for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Validate migrated data set against set during ERP transitions
Investigate mismatches and approve clean migrated records
Reconcile property data line by line with operating teams
Document validation findings and recurring data variances




Support weekly and monthly leadership reporting packages
Requirements: Solid SQL including joins, aggregations, and window functions
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including pivots and lookups
Patience with large, messy, inconsistent datasets
French and English fluency in writing and speaking
Finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or quantitative background
Apply rigorous SQL, spreadsheet, and reconciliation skills to ERP migration and property data accuracy at Gestion Zagora.
