As Operations Manager, you will combine front-office responsibilities with office management, recruitment support, and marketing coordination. You will keep workflows moving, support advisors and staff, and help maintain a well-run branch. The position requires organized follow-through across clients, vendors, universities, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage reception and welcome clients, visitors, and incoming inquiries
Coordinate meeting rooms, mail, couriers, and daily office readiness
Manage supplies, equipment, vendors, facilities, and office procedures
Support onboarding, calendars, meetings, records, and team communications




Coordinate university outreach, recruitment activities, and marketing campaigns
Requirements: Experience in office management, branch coordination, or administrative operations
Willingness to manage reception alongside broader branch responsibilities
Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and follow-through
Professional communication and welcoming, client-focused service
Ability to prioritize, resolve issues, and handle confidential information
