As the second member of Fluxon's Americas Talent team, you will report to the Lead Talent Partner and work across AMER, EMEA and APAC. You will support engineering, product, design and operations hiring while shaping how Fluxon grows beyond 300 people. This hands-on position emphasizes ownership, transparent communication and practical process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage candidate journeys from outreach through signed offers
Run introductory calls and maintain candidate communication
Coordinate interview loops and timely interviewer feedback
Source passive candidates through tested outbound outreach
Maintain accurate ATS data and share market insights
Requirements: Three or more years of recruiting experience
Experience supporting technical hiring in agency or in-house settings
Strong organization across roles, candidates and calendars
Comfort challenging hiring managers and communicating difficult decisions
Curiosity about AI tools and cold outreach
Bring technical recruiting, thoughtful candidate communication and process improvement skills to Fluxon's Canada-based remote Talent Partner team.
