Interior Health seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for Med/Surg 6N. The LPN assesses patients, plans and provides nursing care, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team. Practice follows BCCNM standards, organizational policies, and unit protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and plan appropriate nursing care
Provide personal and nursing care collaboratively
Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
Follow BCCNM competency guidelines and practice standards
Work within organizational and unit-specific protocols
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Reliable, flexible, and motivated approach
Ability to work rotating days and nights
Interest in medical inpatient care
Support adult medical patients through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaborative care at Interior Health.
