This experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist manages complex customer accounts and contributes to broader team performance. The work spans SAP, advanced Excel, invoicing, credit adjustments, and dispute resolution. You will help protect cash flow, improve efficiency, and maintain customer relationships across diverse accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Lead accurate invoicing and credit processing for complex customer accounts
Perform advanced cash application and account reconciliations
Resolve unapplied cash and past-due account balances
Manage portals, chargebacks, disputes,
and compliance requirements
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Three to five years of progressive accounts receivable experience
Strong SAP knowledge, preferably within the FI module
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Independent judgment, analytical ability, and solid communication skills
