Support Cree childcare education through program guidance and training as a Pedagogical Officer, with the work location to be determined.
This contract continues until June 2030 and supports local Pedagogical Counsellors, Coordinators, and Educators. You will help implement the Cree Educational Program, develop assessment tools, and strengthen quality services for children and families. The role also supports complete educational files for each child.
Key Responsibilities: Advise Counsellors, Coordinators, and Educators on program objectives
Collaborate on assessment and developmental tools
Support educational activity planning and implementation
Facilitate regional and in-house training sessions
Evaluate program delivery and provide reports
Requirements: College diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
Three to five years of relevant work experience
Fluency in Cree and English
Knowledge of child growth and development
Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours
Bring early childhood education expertise, program coordination, and training skills to support quality Cree childcare services.
