The Associate Golf Course Superintendent plays a key leadership role in daily golf course management and maintenance. Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, this position helps execute maintenance plans, develop the turf care team, and maintain exceptional playing conditions. Candidates should bring practical irrigation knowledge, safety awareness, and turfgrass management capability.
Key Responsibilities: Assess daily course conditions and make recommendations
Work within ClubLink’s internal and management team policy
Practice ClubLink’s maintenance and health and safety manuals
Contribute accurately to IPM pesticide and fertilizer practices
Maintain and repair irrigation systems and automated controls
Requirements: Degree, diploma, or minimum two years formal education preferred
Valid Ontario Landscape Exterminators Licence
Working knowledge of irrigation systems and automated controls
Energetic, organized approach to assigned responsibilities
Hands-on approach to maintaining exceptional playing conditions
Combine irrigation knowledge, turfgrass care, and safety-focused leadership while supporting RattleSnake Point Golf Club’s maintenance team.
