Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this Marketing Specialist executes campaigns across social media, email, websites, and digital advertising. You will translate launches, promotions, and seasonal priorities into coordinated plans. The work combines campaign ownership, creative production, performance reporting, and customer-focused e-commerce marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated campaigns aligned with business objectives and product launches
Coordinate messaging across social media, email, websites, and advertising
Manage calendars, timelines, deliverables, and campaign reporting




Create and publish video, photography, graphics, and copy
Monitor KPIs and recommend creative or channel improvements
Requirements: Two to five years of relevant marketing experience
Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels
Understanding of organic and paid social media
Hands-on short-form video, photography, design, or copywriting skills
Proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools
Bring integrated campaign execution, creative production, and performance analysis to HockeyStickMan’s Vaughan marketing team.
