As a Senior Wealth Operations Officer with TD Wealth, you will support officers, partners, and Team Managers across complex operational activities. The work involves multiple systems and jurisdictions, transaction exceptions, service-level requirements, risk considerations, and process improvements. You will also provide guidance to others.
Key Responsibilities: Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately within established procedures
Monitor workflow distribution and complete processing within service-level goals
Investigate exceptions and escalate non-standard operational issues
Support incoming transactions by validating information and adjustments
Assist Team Managers with daily operations and workflow
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
Specialized process and technical expertise across complex operations
Sound judgment regarding process, policy, and transaction risk
Advanced knowledge of operational functions and regulatory requirements
