Support Cardinal Health facility operations in Mississauga and Vaughan through compliance coordination, financial controls, and EHS activities. Work on-site five days weekly.
As Compliance and Analytics Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Facilities Management. You will help maintain audit-ready operations through inspections, training requirements, environmental reporting, and vendor coordination. The work also includes invoice lifecycle management, month-end analysis, building security, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead self-inspections for training and SOP compliance
Support Operational and EHS inspections and audits
Track SOPs and work instructions in Veeva Vault and My Learning
Collect and report environmental data in Intelex and Sales Force
Partner with EHS on equipment and training records
Requirements: Interest in developing EHS and Quality Assurance expertise
Strong knowledge of building maintenance and security
One to two years of Distribution or Facilities Management experience preferred
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Bring organized compliance coordination, EHS support, and facilities knowledge to Cardinal Health’s Mississauga and Vaughan sites.
