A fast-food restaurant, located at 3333 Rue du Carrefour, Québec, Québec G1C 5R9, is looking for a food services supervisor (NOC 62020 – Food Services Supervisor). The supervisor will play a crucial role in several areas, including occupational health and safety, customer satisfaction, problem-solving, effective team management, conflicts resolution, optimal use of resources (such as minimizing waste), protection of company assets, including cash and financial resources, as well as any other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by the employer to ensure the success of the company’s operations. The fast-food supervisor must have a thorough understanding of the company’s standards and procedures and be responsible for ensuring compliance with these standards throughout their work shift.

Working Conditions:



This is a full-time position, requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week. Shifts start between 5 am to 10 pm; however, this may vary based on business needs, therefore flexibility is essential for this position. Salary: $17 per hour.

Required Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in rapid-food service or 2 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience, is required.

Languages:
Proficiency in French or English is required.

Educational level required:
High School Diploma – completed.
