This full time, permanent position supports EPCOR’s digital transformation by translating business challenges into practical solutions. You will work with frontline users, subject matter experts, leadership, and technical teams. Eligible employees may participate in the hybrid Where We Work Program after three to six months.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business challenges into practical technology solutions
Act as liaison between business and technical delivery teams
Build relationships with frontline users and operational leaders
Communicate complex technical concepts for business users




Evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline
Minimum four years of business analysis experience
Strong knowledge of analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices
Understanding of analytics, reporting, and digital technology environments
Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or ArcGIS familiarity considered an asset
Use stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and digital technology knowledge to support EPCOR solutions in Edmonton.
