This permanent, full time position supports the finance team and manages assigned portfolios through accounts receivable policies. You will reduce DSO, bad debt, and write-offs while improving cash flow. The work combines customer communication, reconciliation, and collaboration with sales and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer account portfolios following accounts receivable policies
Follow up overdue accounts and prioritize effective collection approaches
Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor missed commitments
Reconcile accounts,
applying credits and cash accurately
Resolve disputes with customers, sales, and internal departments
Requirements: Three to five years of credit and collections experience
Experience working in a high-volume environment
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Microsoft Office and ERP system proficiency
