Support programmatic media delivery, campaign tracking, and performance reporting for Cineplex’s consumer marketing team in Toronto’s hybrid office model. Coordinate details from setup through reconciliation.
As Paid Media Coordinator, you will collaborate with Brand, Digital Commerce, Film, LBE, vendors, analytics teams, and marketing stakeholders. The work includes trafficking, creative specifications, pixels, governance, pacing, dashboards, and budget utilization. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Paid Media Digital.
Key Responsibilities: Manage placements, audiences, creative uploads, and campaign launches
Verify pixels, tracking, creative specifications, and landing pages
Troubleshoot delivery, measurement, and platform issues with vendors




Identify anomalies and flag optimization opportunities to channel leads
Support dashboards, scorecards, billing validation, and budget tracking
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or communications preferred
Minimum one year of required ad operations experience
Experience with DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or CM360
Understanding of attribution, measurement, and performance metrics
Detail-oriented multitasking with solid analytical and math proficiency
Bring programmatic buying, campaign measurement, and operational coordination skills to Cineplex’s Toronto-based paid media team.
