Western Integrated Electrical seeks an experienced Electrical Chargehand for its qualified team. The work involves supervising crews throughout British Columbia’s Lower Mainland. You will coordinate installations across commercial, residential, and institutional construction projects while supporting safe, compliant, and productive delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical crews using efficient, safe work practices
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide crew guidance
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings
Order materials and manage required equipment




Troubleshoot electrical problems and address safety concerns
Requirements: Mandatory Red Seal Electrician Certification
At least five years as an Electrical Foreman
Lower Mainland experience across varied construction projects
Strong electrical code and safety regulation knowledge
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
