Key Responsibilities: Coordinate document revisions, consultant responses, and closeout submissions
Support scheduling, resource planning, budget tracking, and risk management
Review construction documents and applicable contract requirements
Resolve construction issues while maintaining project quality
Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communication
Requirements: 10–15 years' experience in architectural practice
