Lead young adult ministry for ages 18–30 through teaching, worship, and community groups. This pastoral position emphasizes strategic ministry planning and execution.
The Young Adults Pastor plans and executes regular age-targeted ministry at Northview. The work supports prayer, evangelism, discipleship, mission, and leadership development among young adults. The pastor also mentors MAP and Immerse students in Northview's Leadership Development program and participates in other pastoral duties as required.
Key Responsibilities: Plan regular age-targeted ministry for young adults
Execute large group teaching and worship gatherings
Develop community groups and service opportunities
Support prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and mission goals
Mentor MAP and Immerse students actively
Requirements: Ability to serve young adults aged 18–30
Ability to plan and execute regular ministry
Capacity to provide large group teaching
Ability to mentor Leadership Development students
Willingness to perform other pastoral duties
