Reporting to the Operations Manager, this Customer Service Associate position focuses on courteous responses, helpful solutions, and ongoing customer support. The Brick values enthusiastic, team-oriented people with a customer-focused attitude and career-focused growth goals. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, computer, and Microsoft Office skills support the work. Availability for all shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Support customer needs through timely follow-up
Respond professionally to inquiries and provide solutions




Promote loyalty with exceptional customer support
Monitor and follow up on daily order reports
Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements: Customer-focused attitude and team-oriented approach
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask while maintaining organization
Flexibility to work required shifts and weekends
