This experienced crew member works through mobilization, pilot, ream, pullback, and tear-down. Candidates may serve as Rig Managers, Drillers, Locators, Tankhands, or Roughnecks. Mechanical aptitude, safety commitment, and utility awareness are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Work as a tight crew from mobilization through tear-down
Rig in and out across light rig projects
Keep leases and equipment clean and maintained
Work safely around existing utilities
Perform position-specific drilling crew duties
Requirements: HDD experience on light or utility rigs
Solid safety commitment and team-first attitude
Mechanical aptitude and physical fitness
Ability to lift 50-plus pounds in all weather
Valid Class 5 licence and required safety tickets
