IT implementation, field mapping, and project reporting shape this onsite Systems Integration Specialist role at NRI in South Surrey or Kamloops, BC.
You will help deliver integrations for new and existing clients while working with the Client Project team, IT, Product Owner, and internal departments. The work includes defining scope, placing SOWs within Sprints, adapting project plans, and communicating progress or needs. You will review ERP materials, manage testing, assist helpdesk support, and provide skilled direction to end users and team members. NRI seeks someone detail-oriented who completes projects on time and takes end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate daily on client onboarding and integration delivery
Define scope with clients and internal teams




Slot SOWs within Sprints to meet completion dates
Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports
Offer troubleshooting, solutions, and end-user support
Requirements: At least one year in customer service and integration
At least one year with Aspire or similar warehouse processes
Familiarity with Word, Outlook, Excel, and Office 365
Ability to communicate in an open, helpful manner
Commitment to NRI Leadership principles and team accountability
Apply integration delivery, project coordination, and client communication skills while supporting NRI's onsite Information Technology operations.
