This 14-month full-time term position develops role-specific content, Acturis e-learning, and Auto Insurance and Personal Lines programs. Key Responsibilities: Orient recent Insurance Division employees during onboarding
Develop course content and presentation materials
Implement and revise role-specific training programs
Create Acturis e-learning and trainee recruiting modules
Evaluate effectiveness and maintain training documentation
Requirements: Level 2 license or progress toward Level 3
Ability to train and facilitate diverse industry audiences
Comfort presenting in virtual learning environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
