Working from retail partner locations, you'll connect with customers, start meaningful conversations about renewable energy, and schedule consultations with our residential solar specialists.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and wants the ability to significantly increase their income through performance-based incentives. With hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, top performers regularly exceed $60,000 annually.
What You'll Be Doing Connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Introduce homeowners to residential solar and renewable energy solutions
Answer basic questions and educate customers on potential benefits
Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for our solar consultants
Maintain a positive and engaging presence while representing the Kuby brand
Track leads and appointment activity accurately
Compensation Base wage: $20.00 per hour
Monthly commission opportunities based on appointments and performance
Typical annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000+
