Overview As a Delivery Driver at IMS,themain goal is theaccurate, efficient,timely,and safe delivery of customer ordersacross the GTA.
Duties and Responsibilities Cores Responsibilities: Complete frequent truck, load, and paperwork checks to ensure safety, security, and accuracy
Manageroutesand routines in the most effective way possible
Compliance with all government and in-house regulations and rules
Adapt tochanging conditions safely andefficiently
Observe and report equipment or mechanical failuresimmediately
Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle,observeand report any problems, damage,equipmentor mechanical failuresimmediately
Complete a minimum of two daily runs (departingfrom and returning to the warehouse)
Helping to load and unload truck asrequired
Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
Provideexcellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and positively represent IMS

Mandatory Requirements Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-years of commercial driving
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
G Class License
Clean driving record and ability to produce a current driver's abstract
Skills and Abilities The ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment
Sit and drive for long distances
Problemsolving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
