This manager leads a dedicated care team and contributes to cooperative management. The position uses the nursing process, supervises Nurses, and guides resident care plans. It also supports informed decisions with residents and families.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure care matches individual resident needs
Apply the nursing process to wellness plans
Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, and progress notes
Supervise Nurses and wellness team members
Respond to resident and family concerns
Requirements: Minimum two years of clinical experience
RPN, LPN, or RN registration in good standing
Clinical documentation and care plan proficiency
Microsoft Word and Excel computer literacy
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bring empathetic leadership, nursing expertise, and organized documentation to Chartwell’s resident-focused wellness services and care team.
