This Mental Health Therapist position serves individuals of all ages through Community Mental Health Services. You will use individual, family, and group treatment modalities while providing best-practice assessment, consultation, referral, case management, and treatment. Work independently and with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Support individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges
Use individual, family, and group treatment modalities
Provide crisis intervention and psychosocial interventions
Conduct assessments and offer consultation and referrals




Manage cases and deliver ongoing treatment
Requirements: Master’s degree in Psychology or clinical Social Work
Eligible Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Psychiatric Nursing qualifications
Mental health assessment and psychotherapy training and experience
Registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college
Class V licence, rural travel willingness, and evening availability
Bring evidence-informed therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration to a wide-ranging Mental Health Therapist practice serving rural Alberta communities.
