As Maintenance Coordinator, you will help maintain operational integrity by organizing repair requests and documenting employee information. You will also direct calls and complete required administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities: Interact daily with operations about maintenance scheduling
Ensure repair requests are addressed as required
Work with the Maintenance Superintendent and Shop Foremen
Track employee attendance and approved vacation time
Complete additional administrative duties as required
Requirements: Robust sense of urgency
Ability to work well in a team environment
High attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Mechanical background and experience considered an asset
