You will work with corporate law, legal documents, entity management, and renewable energy operations. The position suits paralegals with at least three years of related experience and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate review, execution, distribution, and filing of agreements
Coordinate legal entity formation, registration, and dissolution
Maintain records and document management systems




Support virtual data room organization and population
Assist global parent and subsidiary legal operations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least three years of related experience
Corporate or commercial law experience preferred
Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat skills
Discretion, organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail
