Key Responsibilities: Stay current on fashion drops, campaigns, and promotions
Drive floor energy and achieve daily sales goals
Complete floor moves and visual merchandising displays
Monitor deliveries and process incoming shipments
Lift boxes up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
Requirements: Two to four years as a fashion Sales Lead
Keyholder experience with a trendsetting brand
Previous sales leadership experience
Fashion or retail management education is an asset
Robust English communication and interpersonal abilities
