This role supports the finance department with high-volume expense and invoice processing.The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Process high-volume employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Apply and verify Canadian tax calculations (GST/HST/PST/QST as applicable)
Match invoices to supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with internal departments and vendors to address inquiries and issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of accounts payable documentation.
Assist with month-end activities as required.
Perform other accounts payable and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum1 year of experiencein high-volume invoice and / or expense claim processing
Strong understanding ofCanadian tax regulationsrelated to accounts payable
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a busy setting
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is an asset
Criminal record check is required
