Place Redcliffe needs social media expertise, creative organisation, and publishing skills for its full-time office-based team in Scarborough.
As a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist, you will develop content across video, social media, digital, and print. You will support Reels, sold campaigns, open home content, agent marketing materials, and office initiatives. Hands-on knowledge of Canva, CapCut, content planning, and publishing will support the Place Redcliffe Peninsula story.
Key Responsibilities: Develop ideas for Reels, sold campaigns, and open homes
Create content showcasing properties, agents, and Place Redcliffe
Design qualified materials for agents and the office
Manage deliverables, deadlines, and calendars through Trello




Maintain consistent quality across published marketing content
Requirements: Experience planning and publishing social media content
Canva, graphic design, and CapCut experience
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisation
Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Confidence collaborating and responding constructively to feedback
Use social publishing, graphic design, and organised project management to strengthen Place Redcliffe’s property communications.
