This full time position protects store assets against theft while supporting operational controls that reduce shortage. You will work with Leadership, local law enforcement, mall security, retailers, and the District Loss Prevention Manager. The role includes client service, qualified coaching, court testimony, and shrinkage prevention planning.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, observe, deter, and apprehend external theft
Follow Sephora policies for searches and evidence
Maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Testify in summoned criminal or civil cases
Develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans
Requirements: One year of retail loss prevention experience
Effective interviewing, listening, and communication skills
Composure while coaching loss prevention techniques
Windows, Word, and Excel proficiency desirable
Ability to work across multiple market locations
