Interfor seeks a skilled, safety-minded HD Mechanic for its Timmins, Ontario operation. The work includes diagnosing faults, repairing hydraulic and electric systems, and maintaining mobile heavy-duty equipment. You will also service attachments, test repairs, and complete routine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose equipment faults and determine repair requirements
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools
Test equipment against manufacturers’ specifications
Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance
Service blades, ploughs, winches, and buckets
Requirements: Red Seal ticket in good standing
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Hydraulic and electric system troubleshooting experience
Working knowledge of Caterpillar and Detroit diesel engines
Availability for on-call work and weekends
