The Construction Intern works with a project team across pre-construction through project closeout. This internship supports students pursuing construction or other built-setting curriculums. It provides knowledge and work experience preparing candidates for careers in Construction Project Management.
Key Responsibilities: Complete quantity takeoffs and maintain material logs
Prepare project reports and correspondence
Review shop drawings and submittals for suitability
Track change orders and Requests for Information
Collect, verify, and distribute as-builts and closeout documentation




Requirements: Enrollment in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business, or related majors
Knowledge of Bluebeam, Revit, and Procore
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling applications
Interest in construction project management preparation
Develop construction project management experience through quantity takeoffs, documentation, and coordination with F.H. Paschen’s project teams.
