Serve Michaels customers in Edmonton-Southeast with friendly service, quick checkout, and merchandise support across the retail store.
This seasonal service team member helps customers locate products and find solutions throughout the store. The position supports cash handling, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, Voice of Customer surveys, and Omni channel processes. Duties also include truck unloading, stocking, recovery, and Custom Framing cross-training.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop
Provide fast checkout and execute cash handling standards
Complete Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
Support BOPIS, SFS, stocking, and planogram processes
Maintain merchandise recovery, SISO, and AD set duties
Requirements: Retail or customer service experience preferred
Remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store
Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder
Be at least sixteen years old in Canada
Support Michaels customers through seasonal retail service, checkout, stocking, recovery, and Omni channel operations in Edmonton.
