Support John Deere parts operations at Premier Equipment with receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory accuracy across Ontario dealership locations.
As a Parts Assistant, you will help maintain productive Parts Department workflows for customers and internal teams. Your work includes shipment handling, parts transfers, returns, and inventory management. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a Customer First attitude support daily sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload truck deliveries and courier shipments
Receive, stock, pick, and pack incoming parts
Report shipment overages and shortages to the Parts Manager
Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy
Handle returns and replenish oil inventory
Requirements: Basic knowledge of parts and machinery
Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
Microsoft Office and internet functions proficiency
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to lift, stock, and move parts
Bring parts knowledge, inventory discipline, and customer-first teamwork to Premier Equipment’s John Deere dealership operations.
