Cut, trim, and prepare wide-ranging meat and fish cuts
Keep shelves and displays fully stocked and well presented
Manage inventory while ensuring consistent high quality
Represent sale items effectively on shelves and displays
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and clean workspaces daily

Requirements:
Experience cutting meat and/or fish
Friendly, engaging attitude with customer service orientation
Comfort discussing products and assisting customers
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability for one weekend day weekly and cold environments
