Elevate client relations as the Marketing and Communications Lead for RBC Dominion Securities in Cranbrook. In this full time role, report to the Director of Marketing and play a critical part in the client experience. Your responsibility includes client account administration, effective communication, and the upkeep of regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Advisors to streamline processes and enhance service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction is at the forefront. Key Responsibilities:
Execute client account administration and maintain records
Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
Support Advisors in managing client communications




Ensure internal controls meet industry standards
Identify client engagement opportunities for relationship building

Requirements:
Proficient with various business applications/technology
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Background in client service with a skilled demeanor
Knowledge of RBC's systems is a plus
