As a Store Lead, you will share accountability for store execution with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will lead Product Guides, communicate company priorities, oversee opening and closing, and support business needs across five pillars. The position requires flexibility, adaptability, leadership experience, retail experience, and availability Friday through Sunday, including holiday-season Black Friday coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate initiatives, policies, and priorities to teams
Coordinate store opening and closing procedures
Answer phones and respond to emails
Process purchases, returns, warranties, and Used Gear
Network with partners supporting community events
Requirements: Maintain availability across six days weekly
Work wide-ranging shifts during peak business periods
Set clear visions and align teams around goals
Adapt effectively when facing ambiguity
Provide clear written and verbal communication
