Support GxP compliance at Sentrex Health Solutions with quality systems administration, Standard Operating Procedures, and pharmacovigilance reporting in Markham.
This full time Pharmacovigilance Associate works within QA and PV, supporting the Quality Management System alongside adverse event operations. You will help drive compliance, improve process efficiency with internal teams, and maintain documentation for audit readiness. The hybrid arrangement requires office attendance two to three days weekly.
Key Responsibilities: Help administer the Quality Management System
Create and review Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Contribute to organizational compliance objectives and process efficiencies




File and archive pharmacovigilance documents electronically
Deliver pharmacovigilance training and reconcile cases
Requirements: Three-plus years of pharmaceutical environment experience
Three-plus years in pharmacovigilance or relevant industry experience
Familiarity with Health Canada GxP and GVP regulations
Experience with QMS is an asset
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
Use quality systems, documentation, and pharmacovigilance expertise to strengthen compliant operations for Sentrex Health Solutions.
