This Maintenance Specialist supports safe, productive, reliable operation across Tricon’s residential and mixed-use portfolio. The position combines troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service-focused communication. You will assist Maintenance Managers, property teams, contractors, licensed trades, residents, and commercial tenants with maintenance needs and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Diagnose deficiencies and complete appropriate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs
Inspect properties, identify issues,



and recommend corrective actions
Respond to routine, urgent, and emergency maintenance requests
Maintain accurate service, inspection, and repair records
Requirements: Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills
Service-focused approach with residents, tenants, and stakeholders
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Relevant skilled trade certification or licence preferred
Ability to lift tools, supplies, and materials up to 50 pounds regularly
