This Minibus Driver role focuses on passenger safety, comfort, welfare, and dependable travel arrangements. You will drive to activities such as competitions, sports fixtures, climbing events, and Model United Nations conferences. You will check vehicles, maintain journey records, report defects, complete training, and communicate courteously with pupils, parents, staff, officials, and the public.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the minibus responsibly to scheduled pupil activities
Protect passenger safety, comfort, and welfare
Report faults, accidents, incidents, and defects promptly




Maintain accurate vehicle usage and journey records
Represent Eton College professionally and courteously
Requirements: Full clean and valid D1 driving licence
Good spoken and written English
Effective communication with children and diverse individuals
Qualified, approachable, customer-focused manner
Flexible, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
