This Human Resources Manager owns end-to-end HR operations while partnering with people managers across Univeris. The role leads recruitment, performance management, retention strategy, and cross-border governance. It also advances AI-enabled workflows, scalable employee processes, and workforce insights for executive decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and mission-critical technical roles
Set interview rubrics, talent playbooks, and Lever standards
Evaluate candidates’ AI-augmented capabilities across job families
Coach managers on feedback, one-on-ones, and performance blockers
Monitor attrition data and develop quarterly retention initiatives
Requirements: Six to eight-plus years of progressive HR management experience
Experience leading operational compliance and commercial talent acquisition
Proven senior technical or finance candidate evaluation experience
Practical command of Ontario employment standards and investigations
Hands-on experience with up-to-date cloud HR ecosystems
