Aerotek is hiring an experienced Construction Safety Labourer for commercial construction work based out of Abbotsford, British Columbia. This contract-to-hire position involves operating tools, assisting excavation and concrete activities, managing temporary protection, and monitoring protected work practices. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM, approximately 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist excavation, concrete, and formwork activities
- Set up temporary barriers and fencing
- Monitor PPE and housekeeping compliance
- Audit equipment, tools, and fall protection systems

Requirements:

- Two or more years commercial construction experience
- OFA2 certification
- Knowledge of construction and framing techniques
- Willingness to perform physical labour
- Positive attitude and communication skills
