You will build patient care schedules and maintain computerized employee and patient data. The work supports communication among funders, staff, patients, and families while documenting interactions appropriately.
Key Responsibilities: Assign appropriate staff to patients using availability and skills
Build patient care schedules based on relevant information
Enter and update employee and patient data
Respond courteously to calls and electronic communications
Document and report staff and patient interactions
Requirements: One year of administrative or office experience is an asset
Scheduling experience is an asset
Robust computer skills
