As a Yard Driver Transportation Coordinator, you will support shipping, receiving, logistics, drivers, customers, and operations. The work includes shunt truck operation, dock positioning, route coordination, delivery tracking, and documentation. You will also help maintain a protected and organized facility yard.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate shunt trucks within the facility yard
Monitor trailer locations and yard inventory
Schedule deliveries according to customer and load requirements
Maintain transportation records and shipping documentation
Report equipment defects, delays,
and safety concerns
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Previous shunt, yard, dispatch, or transportation experience preferred
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or transportation environments
Familiarity with ERP or transportation management systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
