Key Responsibilities: Lead colour cosmetics and skincare formulation development
Optimize emulsion systems, texture, stability, and sensory performance
Select raw materials, processing methods, and manufacturing parameters
Transfer laboratory formulas into pilot and commercial production




Troubleshoot emulsification, dispersion, viscosity, and stability challenges
Requirements: Four-year Chemistry degree or equivalent preferred
Five years’ related manufacturing experience preferred
Robust emulsion formulation and colour matching experience
Knowledge of applicable cosmetic regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills
