Oversee complex quotations and custom manufacturing orders at ABB, working hybrid in Montreal Nord with three office days weekly.
As Project Coordinator, you will review quote quality and manage overflow from the quotation team during peak periods. The role supports custom products within ABB Canada’s Electrification, Installation Products division. Responsibilities span quote validation, customer requirements, order analysis, issue escalation, and executive reporting throughout the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Perform complex quotations and quotation-team overflow
Validate customer specifications, pricing, and commercial terms
Track custom requirements for manufacturing alignment
Escalate critical issues for management resolution
Analyze delays and conduct root cause reviews
Requirements: Minimum two years in order management or related work
French-English bilingualism for client communication
Experience with custom manufacturing or quote review preferred
Knowledge of technical specifications or industrial products preferred
ERP familiarity and Power BI or Tableau preferred
Apply quote review, custom-order coordination, and root-cause analysis to support ABB’s Electrification products in Montreal Nord.
