Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate dining room employees
Plan schedules for servers and attendants
Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
Coordinate banquet setup, teardown, and events
Inspect service areas and hygiene standards daily
Requirements: One to two years of dining room management experience
Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
Knowledge of service standards and etiquette protocols
Leadership and organizational skills for guiding teams
French and English bilingualism required
