We’re recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for a leading Canadian trucking company based in Woodbridge, ON . This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on transportation coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics workplace.
$60,000 to $70,000 per year
On-site in Woodbridge, Ontario, Port Coquitlam, BC OR Lachine, QC (Must have car to get to location and speak French if in Quebec)
What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating daily truck shipments
Tracking loads and proactively managing delivery timelines
Communicating with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Resolving shipment issues and maintaining high service levels
Updating TMS and operational systems with accurate shipment data
What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator in truck transport
Strong understanding of shipment tracking and client communication
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume transportation environment
